There’s no denying that Vans are back and more popular than ever in the fashion world. Thanks to the rise of street wear trends, the iconic sneaker is everywhere from major fashion events to street style looks from every “it ” girl. I remember when Vans were a thing when I was in high school and now I have rediscovered my love for them.
My favourite sneakers from their collections has always been the classic Old Skool. They recently ( correct me if I’m mistaking. I’m not sure when they introduced he new version ) upgraded it and added a thicker sole making it a platform sneaker which made me obsess about them even more. I literally cannot think of an outfit that you cannot wear them with! Their versatility, style and SoCal coolness is what makes them so easy to wear and so unique.
For todays look I opted for a simple laidback look with cut-off shorts, an open tank top and a lace bralette peeking underneath. I layered the look with silver jewellery and finished off with my favourite pair of Dior sunnies.
