Bold. Fierce. Passionate. All a little red dress stands for. Making a statement sometimes is as simple as wearing a daring, alluring color. Even though I mostly go for whites and neutrals in the summer, red is that splash of color my summer wardrobe needs. It adds warmth to my bronzy, sun kissed skin emphasising my glow.
I find red boosts my confidence because I know I will get heads turning, as if I am commanding for attention. I would say it works as a mood booster too. If you’re feeling down or sad, wear red! You will immediately notice how it lifts you.
There aren’t many rules when wearing a red dress. I would only say to keep your jewellery as minimal as possible. Just let the dress do the work. I can guarantee you won’t go unnoticed.
