Berlin Travel Diary Pt.1

berlin-travel-diary

Berlin is the capital of Germany and also its largest city. Berlin is best known for its historical associations as the German capital, internationalism and tolerance, lively nightlife, its many cafés, clubs, bars, street art, and numerous museums, palaces, and other sites of historic interest. As you may know, I spent New Years there and with all the things to do and see in this very intriguing city, I was pretty busy the entire time. To be honest, even though I stayed there for about 10 days I didn't see everything I wanted so that means there will definitely be a second trip there. I stayed in Mitte (historical center) and got to see many major sites, memorials, a few museums , trendy restaurants and of course did a lot of shopping. The cold was unbearable ( for my standards haha! ) but I was so excited about everything that I would forget about the freezing temps ( though the thermal clothing I wore did help a great deal ). Anyway, I'm gonna let the photos speak about the trip so keep scrolling. There are so many photos that I had to split this post into two. Here is the first part:
